Abstract
This development research aims to produce media products that are valid and practical multimedia-based images. The development of this multimedia-based image guessing media uses a combination of the ADDIE development model and Tessmer evaluation. This development model consists of five stages, namely the analysis phase, design stage, development stage, implementation stage, and evaluation phase. In the evaluation phase, formative evaluation was carried out by Tessmer consisting of four stages, namely the stages of self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation and small group evaluation. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observations using the checklist. The results of the study with the validity of the material are 87.5% very valid categories. The results also showed that the validity of the media was 93.8%, the category was very valid. The average results of material validation and media validation of 90.6% are very valid categories. In the stage of one-to-one evaluation involving three children, 82% of the categories were very practical. In the small group evaluation phase involving nine children, the score of 88% was very practical. So overall from the two stages, the average value of 85% is obtained with a very practical category. It can be concluded that media guessing multimedia-based images for speaking abilities of group A children is declared valid and practical for children.
