Abstract
Analisis Pemasaran Ikan Segar Sebagai Bahan Baku Pindang di Kota Palembang Analysis Of Fresh Fish Marketing As Pindang Raw Materials In Palembang City Gianto1, Muhammad Yamin2, Muhammad Arbi3 Program Studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya Jalan Palembang-Prabumulih Km.32, Indralaya Ogan Ilir 30662 Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing channels, farmer's share, trade system margins and the average amount of fish needed as a raw material for pindang in the city of Palembang. Determination of the sample is done by using purposive sampling technique, namely 5 restaurant restaurant owners. Withdrawal of respondents to some fishermen / cultivators and collectors' trader groups is done by snowball sampling. Data collection techniques are done by distributing questions to respondents. The analysis technique used calculates the average fish demand, marketing margin, and farmer's share. The results of this study indicate that the average fish requirement as a raw material for pindang are Patin 21 kg / day, cork 6,5kg / day, baung 12kg / day and lais 3kg / day. Channel I marketing margin is greater than channel II, and farmer share channel II is greater than channel I Keywords: Marketing System, Fresh Fish, Pindang Raw Materials
