Abstract

Abstrak Aktivitas fisik yang rendah menjadi faktor timbulnya PTM dan menjadi salah satu penyebab kematian di dunia. Rendahnya tingkat aktivitas fisik dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal berupa sedentary life style, screen time dan tempat tinggal. Penelitia n ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat aktivitas fisik pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan penelitian studi cross sectional. Data didapatkan dari hasil pengukuran TB dan BB serta pengisisan kuesioner IPAQ-Long Form dan ASAQ. Peneltian ini dilakukan pada 150 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Dari 150 subjek penelitian, didapatkan mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik sedang (48,0%). Mahasiswa dengan IMT underweight (16,7%), normal (69,4%), overweight (11,1%), dan obesitas (2,8%). Mahasiswa jenis kelamin perempuan cenderung lebih banyak memiliki tingkat aktivitas fisik yang rendah (66,7%). Sedangkan pada jenis kelamin laki-laki lebih banyak memiliki tingkat aktivitas yang tinggi (59,3%). Mahasiswa cenderung memiliki sedentery life style yang tinggi (89,3%). Mahasiswa dengan waktu tatap layar yang tinggi (94,4%). Mahasiswa yang tinggal bersama orang tua atau keluarga terdapat (44,4%), tidak tinggal bersama orang tua atau keluarga terdapat (55,6%). Nilai P dari setiap variabel > 0,05. Karena P-Value <0,05 dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara setiap variabel. Mayoritas mahasiswa memliki tingkat aktivitas fisik sedang. Tidak ada hubungan atau pengaruh yang signifikan dari faktor variabel dan tingkat aktivitas fisik. Abstract Low physical activity is a factor in the emergence of PTM and is one of the causes of death in the world. The low level of physical activity is influenced by several things in the form of sedentary lifestyle, screen time and place of residence. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the level of physical activity in students of medical education study program at Sriwijaya University. The method of research was an observational analytic study with a cross-sectional study. The data obtained from the result of measurement of height and weight as well as filling in the IPAQ-Long Form and ASAQ questionnaires. This research was conducted on 150 samples that fulfill the inclusion criteria. From the 150 research subject, the majority of college students had a moderate level of physical activity is 48.0%, college students with IMT underweght is 16,7%, normal is 69,4%, overweight is 11,1% and obese 2.8%. For the female gender tend to have more low level of physical activity(66.7%), whereas for the male gender more ofthen have a high level of activity(59.3%). College students tend to have a high sedentery lifestyle is about 89.3%. For college students with high screen time are about 94.4%. And the college students who live with their parents or family are 44.4%, and college students who live without their family are 55.6%. P-Value from each variable >0,05. Because P-value 0,05, from the analysis results found that there is relationship between each variable. The majority of college students has a moderate level of physical activity. There is no significant relationship or influence of the variable factors and the level of physical activity.
