Abstract
Background: Evaluation of the quality service can be seen from the level of patient satisfaction, more perfect the satisfaction of patients with health services is also increasing the standard value of hospital services quality. Bad quality will result in low patient satisfaction. There are 5 (five) quality dimensions that represent consumer perceptions of service quality, namely: tangible (physical appearance), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), and empathy (empathy). This study aims to determine the relationship between dimensions of service quality with BPJS patient satisfaction in class III in RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin.
