Abstract

The hospital as a place of health care and a place to achieve health efforts. The efforts made are a series of activities to maintain and improve health to realize optimal health for the community. The importance of health makes health a community's primary need that is very much needed to continue to be able to undergo daily activities. Therefore, good service is needed along with good management patterns. Such as providing information that is easily and quickly accessed by the public. With CRM the hospital can find out exactly the needs desired by the community to build a strong relationship between the hospital and its customers. This research then uses the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method, Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to determine the extent of the performance of the services provided by the company and the improvements that companies need to do to improve the quality of their services so that they are always able to satisfy customers. The results given from this study are priority recommendations for deciding on improvements that companies need to make. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the system produced from this research is a web-based public service information system at the Mahyuzahra Indralaya Hospital and by using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method, it is expected to help the hospital to find out exactly the needs desired by the community in efforts to build strong relationships between customers and hospitals.
