Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Total Quality Management, performance measurement system, the reward system on managerial performance. The Population of this study was all managers of two rubber companies in Palembang city. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of questionnaire with a Likert scale. The method analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis . The results of this study indicate that total quality management, performance measurement system, and reward system have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance.
