Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Kompensasi Finansial Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai pada Sri Melayu Restoran Palembang. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 59 orang yang merupakan pegawai tetap di Sri Melayu Restoran Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel bila anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai di lingkungan Sri Melayu Restoran Palembang yang diambil secara sensus dengan jumlah 59 pegawai. Kesimpulan dari penelitian dan kajian bahwa kompensasi finansial memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel semangat kerja pegawai. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil koefisien korelasi dan uji t pada regresi linier sederhana. Saran untuk perusahaan hendaknya meningkatkan kompensasi finansial dan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi semangat kerja pegawai.
