Abstract
this research using qualitative methods, this qualitative methods explain the phenomenon as deeply through deep data collection. using this qualitative methods, researcher must explain the data that have been collected, through interview, documentation, and observation. Interpersonal Communication that conducted by managers and officer managers at PT.Pertamina (Persero) MOR II Sumbagsel, on this occasion it can be said its effective and ineffective, because on the division of communication and Relations there are 2 different cultures between the manager and officer manager, to be able to equate perceptions between one another, the manager and officer manager have to approach each other means of intensive communication, this is done in order to maintain communications at work.
