Abstract

ABSTRACT Communication is the key to transfer every message smoothly. In teaching and learning strategy every teacher is required to establish good relationships with their students, somehow. Gaps between teachers and student can be found in the teaching and learning activity, in this term Mentoring relationship encouraging teachers and students to learn in classroom situations that are more friendly and attractive. Teachers become Mentors and Students change to Mentees, plus the morale of the students are encouraged by the role of Mode as the example and a path that can be tedious and imitated so students understand each process in achieving their goals. In this Mentoring Teaching Through Role mode strategy students are invited to be able to share their knowledge and enthusiasm with fellow students or mentees and also encourage each other in achieving their learning goals. they were 64 students from SMA Negeri 19 Palembang that participated in this study, the data were collected by using Quasi-experimental research and analysed by SPSS 23. The findings Revealed that the data is Normal and Homogenic, and the findings are also Showing Significant difference between before and after the student got treatment (0.04<0.05) and the other findings revealed that there was no significant difference between the student who were taught Mentoring Relationship through Role Mode and those who did not (0.124>0.05).
