Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil akuntabilitas kinerja BPKAD Kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data pada penelitian ini merupakan data primer melalui wawancara dan data sekunder melalui studi literatur .Pada penelitian ini, peneliti membuat tabel perbandingan hasil evaluasi akuntabilitas kinerja pada tahun 2017 dan 2018 Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini berupa temuan hasil audit dan meningkatnya signifikan hasil evaluasi akuntabilitas kinerja pada tahun 2017 ke 2018 dengan memberikan saran atau rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
