Abstract

ABSTRACT The research aimed to see the influence Of Work Placement On Employees Performance In The Management and Support Departmen Of RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain In Kabupaten Muara Enim. The respondents used were the entire population of 42 people. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling teachnique. This study using primary data obtained through the questionnaire and simple a regression analysis method technical data analysis. Based on this research, it was found that work placement had a positive and significant effect on employees performance in the management and support department of RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain In Kabupaten Muara Enim. Coefficient determination equal to 0,421 which mean that variable work placement affect employee performance by 42,1% while the rest 57,9% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Keywords : work placement, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada bagian Manajemen dan Penunjang RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain Muara Enim. Responden yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 42 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi sederhana sebagai teknis analisis data. Berdasarkan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Pegawai Pada Bagian Manajemen dan Penunjang RSUD Dr. H. Mohamad Rabain Di Kabupaten Muara Enim. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,421, yang berarti bahwa variabel penempatan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 42,1 %, sedangkan sisanya 57,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Penempatan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
