Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir employees. The respondents used were the entire population of 36 people. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sampling technique, This study using primary data obtained through the questionnaire and simple as a regression analysis method technical data analysis .Based on this research, it was found that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir employees. In order for employee performance to increase and improve, it is recommended that the organization pay attention to the physiological needs of employees, employees will move the next needs so that they are able to make employees motivated work as much as possible so employees worked hard possible so motivated to increase her performance. Keywords: Work Motivation, Performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Responden yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 36 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan metode analisis regresi sederhana sebagai teknis analisis data. Berdasarkan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dan Desa Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Agar kinerja pegawai semakin meningkat dan lebih baik, disarankan organisasi untuk memperhatikan kebutuhan fisiologis dari pegawai, dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan fisiologis pegawai maka pegawai akan beralih ke kebutuhan berikutnya sehingga mampu membuat pegawai termotivasi untuk bekerja semaksimal mungkin sehingga meningkatkan kinerja nya. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja.
