Abstract

Pengendalian persediaan memiliki peran penting bagi setiap perusahaan dalam kegiatan produksi. Beberapa kasus tertentu nilai variabel yang mempengaruhi persediaan tidak diketahui dengan pasti maka model deterministik tidak tepat digunakan. Pada penelitian ini digunakan model Tri Level Optimization dengan ketidakpastian permintaan dan waktu tunggu untuk menentukan total biaya minimum persediaan kelapa pada tingkat supplier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan sistem persediaan yang optimal dengan meminimalkan total biaya yang terdiri dari biaya pesan dan biaya persediaan pada buah kelapa. Diperoleh hasil total biaya persediaan optimum selama 7 periode sebesar Rp. 145.904.400.
