Abstract

This research intends to know the effect of Working Capital Turnover (Working Capital Turnover, Cash Turnover, Inventory Turnover, andReceivable Turnover) on profitability (Return on Assets) in Food and Beverage Companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this research is secondary data. The secondary data in this research isFood and Beverage Companies financial statement obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013 – 2018 period. The sampling technique used is Purposive Samplingwith total 18 companies. The technique analysis which used in this research is quantitative analysis, consisting of deskriptive analysis, inferensial analysis and hypothetic test. Result of analysis showed that Working Capital Turnover and Cash Turnover have nosignificant impact on ROA, but Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover have significant impact on ROA.
