Abstract

This study aims to measure and influence the rights of shareholders, board of commissioners, independent commissioners, internal audit & audit committee and disclosure to investors of the company value of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2016 to 2018. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the disclosure variable to investors significantly influence the value of the company. The rights of shareholders, board of commissioners, independent commissioners, and internal audit & audit committee do not significantly influence the value of the company.
