Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of interpersonal communication on the attachment of employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) MOR II. The method in this study is a quantitative method. The sample of this research was 67 respondents, all employees of PT Pertamina (Persero) MOR II. Data collection in this research uses questionnaire distribution techniques, and documentation studies. From the results of this study the results obtained t count> t table is t count 9.922 and t table equal to 1.670. T table is obtained from the degree of freedom (df) = N - 2 so 67 - 2 = 65. The value of t table with a degree of confidence of 5% significance then the results obtained from the distribution table t table value of 1.670. So based on this, it is evident that there is an influence of interpersonal communication on employee engagement of PT. Pertamina (Persero) MOR II. The magnitude of the effect of variable X on variable Y is 75.1%.
