Abstract

UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA FAKULTAS KEDOKTERAN PROGRAM STUDI ILMU KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, Januari 2020 Rizki Dwi Putri Pengaruh Relaksasi Otot Progresif dan Imajinasi Terbimbing terhadap Mual Muntah pada Pasien Kanker Payudara Xvii + 90 halaman, +11 tabel + 3 skema + 10 lampiran ABSTRAK Mual muntah menimbulkan beberapa efek samping yang dapat terjadi pada pasien pasca kemoterapi. Relaksasi otot progresif dan imajinasi terbimbing merupakan tindakan nonfarmakologi yang dapat mengurangi efek samping pasca kemoterapi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif dan imajinasi terbimbing terhadap mual muntah pada pasien kanker payudara di RSUP Dr.Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan criteria inklusi:Pasien perempuan yang mengalami kanker payudara, PPS pasien kanker payudara ≥ 60%,Pasien yang mengalami mual atau muntah akibat kemoterapi baik itu Akut, Delayed, Anticipatory, Breakthrough, dan Refractory. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan metode Pre-Eksperimental dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design dan analisis data menggunakan uji alternative Wilcoxon.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif dan imajinasi terbimbing terhadap skor mual muntah dengan p-value 0,000 yang menandakan bahwa pasien terlihat rileks dan dapat mengatasi mual muntahnya.Penelitian ini dapat diterapkan dengan menggunakan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang sesuai yaitu 2 seri dalam satu hari selama 30 menit sebagai terapi nonfarmakologis dalam mengatasi mual muntah pada pasien kanker payudara. Kata kunci: kanker payudara, mual, muntah, relaksasi otot progresif dan imajinasi terbimbing.
