Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is (1) Mendeskripsikan kegiatan pengembangan usaha pangan masyarakat Gapoktan di Desa Ulak Lebar Kecamatan Ulu Ogan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. (2)Menganalisis perbedaan pendapatan petani sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pengembangan usaha pangan masyarakat Gapoktan di Desa Ulak Lebar Kecamatan Ulu Ogan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. (3)Menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan kegiatan pengembangan usaha pangan masyarakat Gapoktan di Desa Ulak Lebar Kecamatan Ulu Ogan Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. This research has been implemented in Ulak Lebar village Ulu Ogan subdistrict ogan komering Ulu district. The selected locations are purposive sampling or determined intentionally and have certain considerations. The retrieval of research data was conducted on November 2018 until completion. The methods used in the study were survey methods and samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. So the data collected in this study is primary data and secondary data.The results in this study were (1) How is the process of developing community food business activities in Ulak Lebar Village, so that they can join the community food business development activities and the ministry of agriculture through the food security service not only providing financial assistance but also supervising guidance and technical guidance to Gapoktan (2) This study also shows the differences in farmers' income in Ulak Lebar village before participating in PUPM activities amounting to Rp 7.287.689,00 / arable area / year and Rp 8.042.484,00 / hectare / year. After participating in PUPM activities, Rp 8.047.511,00 / arable land / year and Rp 8.748.501,00 / hectare / year (3) Then the success rate of PUPM activities is measured using three indicators and each indicator has three questions and the results show high results.
