Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT. Raja Muslimin Jaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Raja Muslimin Jaya Palembang yang berjumlah 42 orang yang seluruhnya digunakan sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini oleh karena itu metode yang digunakan adalah metode sensus. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil uji regresi menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan PT. Raja Muslimin Jaya. Penelitian ini berguna bagi perusahaan PT. Raja Muslimin Jaya dalam meningkatkan ke disiplinan kerja karyawan salah satunya dengan memberikan motivasi pada karyawan.
