Abstract

Workers often experience situations and work environments that are not conducive, like working in shift, excessive workloads, monotony work, mutations in work, unclear job roles and conflicts with cowokers. All these aspects are some psychosocial factors that can cause physical, mental and emotional health problems for workers, such as musculoskeletal, stress, burnout and psychomatic diseases because of increased illness due to work relations. PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang is a company engaged in the the crumb rubber industry, with the total workforce of 429 people consisting of personel labor work as many as 378 workers. The purpose of study this study is for the level of assessment risk to aspects of psychosocial hazard experienced by factory workers in PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. Informants in this research amounted to 10 informant with 3 informant key and 7 informants. This study uses observational methods that use Walk Through Survey techniques where the results of the Walk Through Survey were conducted then analyzed in the Risk Rating Matrix. The result of the research analysis show assessment of loneliness and consequence at PT. Sunan Rubber is included in 4 categories in the matrix risk ranking according to AS/NZS 4360:2004 these four categories are high risk, significant risk, medium risk and low risk such as workload and work shedule fall into the high risk category because the work shift at PT. Sunan Rubber exceeds maximum working hours in one week acording to the standards of law regulations and the labor wage system in PT. Sunan Rubber which is often not paid. Workers are expected to get establish good communication with the company if there are things which is considered not in accordance with the existing provisions and the workers ahould report bad events that occur at work..
