Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Dimetil Eter dengan kapasitas 69.000 ton/tahun direncanakan didirikan pada tahun 2023 berlokasi di kawasan industri Romokalisari, Gresik dengan luas area 3,6 Ha. Proses pembuatan Dimetil Eter ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 2017/0174599 A1. Bahan baku dari pembuatan Dimetil Eter terdiri dari metana dan oksigen. Reaksi berlangsung pada reaktor Fluidized Bed Reactor dengan menggunakan katalis Cu-ZnO/-Alumina pada temperatur 260oC dan tekanan 30 atm. Pabrik ini akan didirikan perusahaan berbentuk perseroan terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line and Staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur Utama dengan total karyawan 161 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi pabrik Dimetil Eter ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut Total Capital Investment (TCI) : US$ 61,477,245.33 Total Production Cost (TPC) : US$ 143,137,161.00 Total Penjualan per Tahun (SP) : US$ 197,655,365.00 Annual Cash Flow : US$ 46,114,218.86 Pay Out Time : 1,4 tahun Rate of Return : 66,51 % Break Even Point : 26,93 % Service Life : 11 tahun Kata Kunci : Dimetil Eter, Pabrik, Analisa Ekonomi
