Abstract

OPT(Plant disturbing organism) was divided into types, pest and diesese, diesese was pest microorganism. Diesese was divided into three groups, which is disease caused by fungus, bacterium, virus, and nematodes. Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is the staple food ingredient of half the world's population with an area of about 100 million ha, and more than 90% of it is found in South, East and Southeast Asia. In this study, the rice used was IR 64 variety rice. Rice is planted in swampy swamp areas which can only be planted once a year. The purpose of this study is to find out and study the types of diseases in IR 64 rice plants. This study uses survey methods, by observing the disease directly in parts of the plant. The results showed that there were 3 types of diseases found: narrow leaf spot (C. Oryzae), rot midrib (R. solani), bacterial leaf blight (X. Oryzae), brown leaf spots (H. Orizae)
