Abstract

Penambangan overburden pada lokasi PT Dizamatra Powerindo terdapat dua lokasi loading point yaitu Pit Timur dan Pit Barat serta dua lokasi disposal yaitu disposal ATP dan disposal Barat. Produk yang akan di pindahkan adalah overburden. Model transportasi ini terdiri dari dua teknik solusi transportasi yaitu solusi awal dan solusi optimum. Model transportasi awal menggunakan tiga metode perhitungan yaitu Metode Sudut Barat Laut, Metode Biaya Terendah, dan Metode Aproksimasi Model. Model transportasi solusi optimum menggunakan dua metode perhitungan yaitu Metode Stepping Stone dan Metode Modified Distribution (MOD). Produksi overburden pada bulan Februari hingga April 2017 mengalami over produksi. Nilai keserasian kinerja alat mekanis untuk Pit Timur menuju disposal ATP sebesar 0,35 sedangkan menuju disposal Barat sebesar 0,44 dan untuk Pit Barat menuju disposal ATP sebesar 0,44 sedangkan menuju disposal Barat sebesar 0,88. Nilai cycle time Pit Timur menuju disposal ATP sebesar 28,37 menit dan untuk disposal Barat sebesar 22,75menit, sedangkan untuk Pit Barat menuju disposal ATP sebesar 20,51menit dan untuk disposal Barat sebesar 20,07menit. Dengan menggunakan metode sudut barat laut didapatkan bahwa nilai cycle time sebesar 22menit. Pengangkutan overburden ke lokasi dumping yang paling efektif dan efisien untuk Pit Timur lebih baik menggunakan metode sudut barat laut sedangkan untuk Pit Barat tetap menggunakan kondisi aktual sekarang. Kata Kunci: overburden, disposal, sudut barat laut.
