Abstract
This study aim was to produce a powtoon videos which is valid, practical and effective in carrying out classical guidance services . This research was development research, using the ADDIE model, counseling stages needs analysis, media design, development, implementation and evaluation. The results of the study showed that the media developed had met the feasibility and fulfilled the conditions as a media . This could be seen from the results of material and media validation which were being appropriate according to the validator , the practice was also tested through a one-to-one, small group test It was concluded that 86% results were very practical. Band on danscal fuidance service, hectivewss of media was considered him level of mdershady countent of test administered in the and of class services. The results of the students' comprehension test with very good value categories amounted to 11 people, with good value categories totaling 19 people. to it could he amcluded that media pontets video could implemented ky fuidance and counseling teacher at student.
