Abstract
This research was to analyze marketing communication strategies in increasing Happy Puppy Palembang family karaoke visitors. This research is motivated by the amount of competition between family karaoke and artist branding but the Happy Puppy Family karaoke is still exist. So it takes marketing communication strategies in increasing the number of visitors. The purpose of research was to find out marketing communication strategies in increasing karaoke visitors. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data used in the form of primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that marketing communication strategies in increasing karaoke visitors to the Happy Puppy Palembang family are using Integrated Marketing Communicjations (IMC) from Kotler and Armstrong with five dimensions, namely advertising, direct marketing, sales promotion, personal selling and public relations that can increase the number Happy Puppy Palembang family karaoke visitors Keywords : marketing communication strategy, increase the visitors, visitors, Happy Puppy Palembang family karaoke visitors.
