Abstract

This research aims to evaluated the implementation of "Viillage financial system" (siskeudes) in throughout of tugumulyo - musi rawas districs. The method of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and quantitative approach. Resource persons in this research are Head of Financial Affairs (Head of Finance) and Staff of the Finance Commission who work within the scope of the Village Government. Technical collection of data are using form of interviews and documentation analysis. Technical analize of data is done by organizing data, data simplification, analysis process, drawing conclusions and calculating the average or mean. The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of the implementation of SISKEUDES in Tugumulyo District is still said to be less effective with a percentage of 71%. In general the implementation of the SISKEUDES application in the villages in Tugumulyo sub-district has been going well, even though there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed.
