Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the results of the application of the values of discipline in mentoring activities in RU IT Junior High School Indralaya. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used in this study. Informants in this study amounted to 14 people consisting of 10 students and 2 mentoring teachers, 1 Assistan Principal of Students Affairs and 1 student council president of the Integrated Islamic Middle School Radhatul Ulum Indralaya. Data collection techniques used include a credibility test, a transferbility test, a dependability test and a confirmability test. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis that has been done previously, it can be concluded that the application of disciplinary values in mentoring activities in the Integrated Islamic Raudhatul Ulum Junior High School Indralaya has been well implemented, this is evident in every evaluation of the development of the daily worship of students at the end of each indicator activity both indicators the first is time discipline and the second indicator is the discipline of action has been seen and experienced good changes in each meeting.
