Abstract
This study aims to 1) know the implementation of human resource management fimctions within the company, has run well or is still needed improvement and 2) To study and examine human resource management, and provide recommendations for future improvements. The results showed that there was inefficiency in the function of education and training of employees and the lack of effectiveness on the functions of human resources. Inefficiency occurs because of lack of planning at the hospital will follow the training plan, employees who will follow, and facilities related to training whether hospitals have them and be a'ole to provide them or not. The lack of effectiveness occurred in the hiring function due to lack of communication by the hospitals so that there is a shortage of employees, the promotion function is not implemented, and performance assessment functions are not implemented. To improve and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource functions at the hospital Dr. Ak. Gani, among others, the author provides recommendations to establish good communication to the parties associated with hospitals such as employees and Territorial II / Swj and do good planning for the implementation of human resource fimctions at the hospital.
