Abstract
Public Elementary School 216/IV and elementary school Saverius that have won the city and national level of healthy schools still have the risk of accidents and transmission of disease. The school sanitation Program is important in the effort to reduce the risk. To know the process of implementing the program can be seen from the availability of inputs, processes and outputs. Research This qualitative research with the type of case study research using the system approach (input, process, output). The informant amounted to 7 people. Determination of informant using purposive Sampling technique. Results show input components are done optimally according to standards but there is a difference in policy-making but still in accordance with Health minister's decision No. 1429 year 2006, the number of human resources to be employed based on the ability Schools, funding resources from School operational assistence and foundations funds, completeness of facilities and infrastructure is sufficient. The process components are running optimally according to standard. Components of the school's sanitary output have succeeded optimally according to the standards, but there are some who do not yet qualify i.e. noise that exceeds the threshold, the solid class, availability the bathroom/WC is insufficient, not Soap at Public Elementary School 216/IV. The conclusion of the input components, processes, and outputs (successful implementation) of school sanitation in elementary school, the city of Jambi in 2019 has succeeded optimally according to the standards. As for specific advice Public Elementary School 216/IV proposes a greater School operational assistence fund for the implementation budget of sanitation, adding labor hygiene, providing the WC and room classes according to the number of students, making sound attenuator in the room and giving awards For the principal who wins a healthy school race.
