Abstract

The purpose of this siudy is lo find out whether the good corporate governance managerial ownership, proportion of the board of commissioner, and audit committee) affect partially or simultaneous to the performance of consumer goods companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEl) during the years 2009-2010. The test is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. Results show that good corporate governance that proximate by managerial ownership, proportion of the board of commissioner and audit committee has simultaneously effecl toward the company performance. However, only proportion of the board of commissioner has partially influence the company performance. Proportion of the board of commissioner and audit committee variable have no partially effect toward the company performance.
