Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyse the effect of work discipline on the performance of teachers and employees at vocational high school 4 Lubuklinggau. The Population of this research was all teachers and employees at vocational high school 4 Lubuklinggau which amounts to 47 peoples. The technique use in collecting the samples was saturated sampling, so that the samples in this research were all teachers and employees at vocation] high school 4 Lubuklinggau which amounts to 47 peoples. This research uses primary data obtained through questionnairesand simple regression analysis as a method of data analysis. The result shows work discipline influences the performance of teachers and employees significantly by 31,7% while the other 68,3% is influenced by other variable outside the scope ofthis research.
