Abstract

study purposes to analysis the influence of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning ratio (PER), Debt to Equtity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity (ROE) to Stock Price of banking sector company in Indonesia. The population of this study involved 119 banks with 99 bank as the selected samples by using puprosive sampling method during 2015-2016. Analysis method used was Multiple Regression Linear. This results partial correlation showed that Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning ratio (PER), had significant effect on Stock Price. Debt to Equtity Ratio (DER) and Return On Equity had negative effect and significant on Return On Assets (ROA). Debt to Equtity
