Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the electronic program of mutual cooperation stalls of business groups together with the hope family program (E-Warong KUBE PKH) in improving the standards of living society in the Sukodadi sub district Palembang. This research used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The population in this study amounted to 350 family beneficiaries (KPM). Sampling using the formula Slovin with an error rate of 10% which amounted to 78 family beneficiaries (KPM) that received BPNT with sampling using incidental sampling, while 2 people serve as supporting informant. Data collection techniques used documentation, questionnaire and interview techniques. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the electronic program of mutual cooperation stalls of business groups together with the hope family program in improving the standards of living society in the Sukodadi sub district Palembang is declared effective. This is evident from the data analysis and discussion of the results of the questionnaire, the five indicators that serve as benchmarks for research with 23 statements obtained the total average score of 86.7% with a percentage interval (≥ 62.5%).
