Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how is Bandar Lampung Goverment implement Pe,formance Based Budgeting in arranging income budgeting and expense budgeting. Beside 1ha1 is lo know !he efisiency, efectivily and economic budgeting in 2007, 2008, and 2009 period by using value.for money concept. By the disscussion process we can see thal Bandar Lampung government has not implement the pe,formance based budgetingfi,lly and consistent, ii shows by the SKPD which has not have the clear minimal service standard yet. Beside that, there is still government who has not understand about the rules so that can influence the performance.
