Abstract
Database information system on the tongue image database is designed as a forum for data storage and data management to diagnose the disease with a dynamic knowledge base. This knowledge is obtained from various sources including data that can be directly from the laboratory and medical records Palembang Police Hospitals. The knowledge base is structured such that into a database with multiple tables including tables jenis_kelamin, patient, periksa_lidah, hasil_periksa_lidah, knowledge_base, and diagnostics to facilitate the performance of the system in conclusion. Application analysis of this disease will display patient data with the results of the examination of the tongue that has been diagnosed. The purpose of this study was to design a database that is devoted to the analysis of disease through examination of the application image on the tongue laboratory Police Hospitals
