Abstract

ABSTRAK Nilawati, Elisabeth Cindi. 2020. Perencanaan dan Perancangan Pusat Relaksasi Khusus Wanita di Jakarta Selatan. Universitas Sriwijaya, Fakultas Teknik, Program Studi Arsitektur. Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. elisabethcindi@gmail.com Rutinitas yang padat menuntut setiap orang untuk tampil menarik dan bugar setiap hari. Hal ini menciptakan kesadaran yang tinggi akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan, kebugaran dan penampilan oleh setiap orang. Namun disamping itu kondisi kota yang ramai, polusi mengakibatkan kejenuhan, tekanan, dan tubuh kurang stamina. Masyarakat mulai membutuhkan sarana-sarana untuk merawat diri agar selalu sehat, prima, dan segar serta mampu merelaksasikan pikiran. Sarana kebugaran dan relaksasi dihadirkan dalam satu tempat sebagai solusi bagi masyarakat kota dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi alam lingkungan sekitar dan kebutuhan relaksasi. Lingkungan merupakan aspek penting dalam relaksasi yang mampu menciptakan suasana alami yang sejuk, segar dan menenangkan pikiran dan tubuh. Lahan yang terbatas dimanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin dan mengutamakan adanya unsur alami pada setiap ruang yang berfungsi sebagai aspek penting dalam relaksasi. Material batu alam, beton, kayu, kaca, baja, pemanfaatan panas matahari dengan panel surya diterapkan semaksimal mungkin agar mampu memenuhi kebutuhan ruang relaksasi. Pusat relaksasi khusus wanita ini dirancang dengan pendekatan fungsional dan tema arsitektur kontemporer yang sesuai dengan gaya hidup masyarakat kota. Bangunan dibuat vertikal sebagai solusi untuk memaksimalkan lahan terbatas di tengah kota serta adanya ruang- ruang hijau pada setiap lantai sebagai sumber udara bersih dan penyejuk alami bangunan. This raises a high awareness of the importance of the body health, fitness and apperance. But the condition of a busy city, full of polution, that makes boredom, stress, and reduced endurance. Society needs a means to care for the body, relax the mind from routine to be healthy, fit and fresh again. This means of relaxation is presented in one place as a solution for urban communities by considering the natural conditions of the environment and the need for relaxation. The environment is an important aspect of relaxation that is able to create natural atmosphere that is cool, fresh and calms the mind and body. Limited land is utilized maximally and prioritizes the existence of natural elements in every space. The materials used are natural stone, concrete, wood, glass, steel, the use of solar panels, applied to meet the needs of the relaxation room. The relaxation center designed with a functional approach and contemporary architectural theme ttaht suits the lifestyle of the urban community. The building is made vertically as an effort to maximize land in the city and the presence of green spaces on each floor as a source of clean air and natural conditioning of the building.
