Abstract
Telah dilakukan uji pengaruh pH, kadar garam dan temperatur terhadap recovery minyak bumi di sumur minyak tua oleh bakteri Pseudomonas fluorescence. Proses recovery minyak bumi dilakukan secara water flooding menggunakan bell siphon, sehingga berlangsung secara terus-menerus. Hasil recovery minyak bumi dengan menggunakan kadar garam NaCl 4,5% oleh bakteri Pseudomonas fluorescence didapatkan sebesar 27,85%, sedangkan recovery minyak bumi dengan kondisi optimum kadar garam NaCl 3% dengan pH 5 dan temperatur 80°C meningkatkan persentase recovery menjadi sebesar 30,82%. Hasil recovery minyak bumi terbesar dari setiap variasi dilakukan analisis terhadap kelimpahan senyawa hidrokarbon berdasarkan waktu retensi menggunakan kromatografi gas. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kromatogram dari kromatografi gas yang dilakukan pada kondisi optimum dapat disimpulkan bahwa bakteri Pseudomonas fluorescence dapat memutus senyawa hidrokarbon.
