Abstract
Mutiara Barangan Residence is a residence located in Tanjung Barangan, Palembang, South Sumatra, which was developed by PT. Kurnia Hamusri Sukses Mandiri. This company uses pictures in brochures and miniature houses for marketing. This research aims to apply augmented reality technology to digital marketing systems to see home visuals in 3D, this system will be tested with 5 aspects of experiential marketing namely sanse, feel, think, act, relate. The development model of this system will follow the flow of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of concept, design, materials collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. In this research questionnaire there are 13 questions related to the user experience of the application. From the results of a questionnaire conducted by 20 respondents of Mutiara Barangan customers, this system can be used as an experiential marketing strategy in marketing residential products.
