Abstract

This research aims to find at the relationship of raw materials and auxiliaries, capitas, and labor to the output of vermicelli industry production in Palembang and to determine the level of efficiency in the vermicelli industry in Palembang. The analysis technique used Pearson Correlation. The results showed that the variable labor, raw materials and auxiliaries have a positive and significant relationship to the output of vermicelli industry production, while the capital variable shows a negative relationship but not significant to the vermicelli production output in Palembang. In addition, it is also known that the level of efficiency in the vermicelli industry in Palembang did not reach the efficiency in production.
