Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of M1 Velocity and Commercial Bank Interest Rate on Growth of the Money Supply. Data used is the annual time series from 2001-2018 the tool used is linier regression multiple (OLS) classic assumstion test. The results of this study are effect M1 Velocity and commercial Interest Rate have a negative and significant effect on the Growth of the Money Supply. This can be seen on the results correlation coefficient and t test and f test on multiple linier regression.
