Abstract

This research aims to study at the relationship between production costs and profits in the soap industry and household cleaning supplies (ISIC: 20231) in Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data for 2007 to 2015. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive using Pearson correlation. The results show that there is a positive relationship between production costs and profits in the soap industry and household cleaning supplies (ISIC: 20231) in Indonesia with a person correlation of 0.947 percent, so if production costs rise then profits also increase and conversely.
