Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal services in PDAM TIRTA RANDIK. This can be seen from the lack of supervision. The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance of employees at PDAM TIRTA RANDIK. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, while for data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation. The discussion is directed to find out the actual facts of how the performance is carried out. The results of this study indicate that the performance of PDAM TIRTA RANDIK is not yet optimal. That is because only three dimensions are optimal, but some dimensions are not well implemented. Five dimensions that measure performance: quality of work, communication, timeliness, ability, and initiatives implemented quite well but not yet optimal by PDAM TIRTA RANDIK Musi Banyuasin Regency
