Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve the student learning result using Model TGT and MPI of the grade IVB SD Negeri 128 Palembang. The research method was classroom action research in three phase action. The research subject was students of the grade IVB SD Negeri 128 Palembang consists of 36 students. The data collection techniques used the observation sheets and test. The result of the research showed that the students learning achievement in first cycle was 11 students who had completed the percentage 30,6%. In second cycle, there were 24 students who had completed with the percentage of 66,3% and in the third cycle, there were 33 students had completed with a percentage of 91.7%. the observation results of the students activity has increased in every cycle. In the first cycle, the percentageof the students activity was 51,4% with the category of Fair Enough. in the second cycle, the percentage of the students activity was 70.6% in active category. In the third cycle, the percentage of the students activity was 81,3% in Very Active category. The conclusion was that the used of TGT and MIPI can improve the students learning result on the theme Sharing work. Keywords:The Learning Result, TGT, MIPI.
