Abstract

PT Intiland Development Tbk company focuses on property industry. PT Intiland has four main development segments. Employees recruitment at PT Intiland Development Tbk should consider several criteria and sub-criteria. The criteria are psychological test, interview, level of education, IPK, and work experience. Sub-criteria at the level of education are D1, D3, S1, S2 and S3. Sub-criteria of IPK consist of 3,00-3,20 as scala 1, 3,21-3,40 as scala 2, 3,41-3,60 as scala 3, 3,61-3,80 as scala 4, and 3,81-4,00 as scala 5. An applicant will be recruited by company if they can pass the 5 criteria by considering sub-criteria. After the selection process, the decision makers at the company have to discuss to decide who employees will be accepted. One method of decision support is the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). This study applies the MAUT method to support employe recruitment at the PT Intiland Development Tbk. To evaluate the accuracy of MAUT method, the results of MAUT method was compared with the results of recruitment in 2018. The accuracy of the method MAUT for employees recruitment is 66,67%. This explains that the MAUT method can support decision to recruitment employees at PT Intiland Development Tbk.
