Abstract

Potensi Science Techno Park Sebagai Usaha Agribisnis Terpadu Di Desa Bakung Kecamatan Indralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan The Potential Of Science Techno Park As An Integrated Agribusiness Venture In The Bakung Village Of Indralaya District North Ogan Ilir District South Sumatera Dian Indah Sari1, Riswani2, Yunita3 Program Studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya Jalan Raya Palembang-Prabumulih KM.32 Indralaya Ogan Ilir 30662 Abstract The purpose of this study to describe the potential and constraints of the Science Techno Park business, calculate revenue and analyze the feasibility of integrated agribusiness from cattle ranching and horticultural agriculture in Science Techno Park and formulate a strategy for developing the Science Techno Park business through existing potential. The results showed that the potential possessed by STP included land assets, facilities and infrastructure and implemented a system of integration between cattle ranching and horticultural crops in the form of sweet corn in the form of utilization of cow manure and sweet corn plant waste. The projected net income obtained by STP if renting land and buildings, and buying and selling cattle with the same amount every year is Rp. 1,386,967,859.60 per year with the results of business feasibility calculations including NPV, IRR, Net B / C and PBP shows that the integrated agribusiness business in STP is declared feasible to run in the future if it conducts a rental system to farmers in accordance with the applicable local regulation rates and conducts buying and selling cattle each year accompanied by cattle fattening technology. NPV of Rp 3,358,342,699.38 which is more than zero or positive, IRR of 45% and has no interest rate, Net B / C> 1 of 2.29 and PBP for 1.96 years so that this business is feasible to run going forward. The result of the sensitivity analysis show that the decrease in the selling price of cattle has a greater effect on the decline in net benefits compared to an increase in business operating costs. This can be seen from the decreasing rate of NPV, IRR and Net B/C as well as the longer turning point of business capital. However, this business is still feasible to run despite the decline in selling prices and being subject to business costs. Based on the analysis of the business environment, a SWOT analysis is carried out, the results of which are located in quadrant 1 and a strategy that can be applied is the SO (Strength-Opportunity).
