Abstract

The objectives of this research to analyze the production factors which affect the production and determining the level of technical efficiency of sport footwear industry in Indonesia. The method of data analysis used stochastic frontier production function assuming Cobb Douglas is the functional form of the production function. Production function estimation results indicate that capital, labor and raw material had a positive and significant effect on the output of the sport footwear industry. The results showed that the level of technical efficiency of sport footwear industry is 0,79.
