Abstract

The development research carried out at Senior High School 1 Indralaya aims to produce non-test instruments to evaluate the process of implementing group counseling that meets valid and reliable criteria. research and development methods. The results of the 3 experts namely readability expert, material expert and constructor expert. The average results of the validator were scored 21 and categorized very well. Inputs from the three validators were used refiners for completing the instrument. after revised the instrument was tested on research subjects. The results of the trial there are 3 items that are invalid so that the results of the valid test instruments are 27 items that are worth using. For reliability results obtained correlation coefficient of 0.676 in the medium category. Based on the results of the study that the non-test instrument to evaluate the process of implementing group guidance meets the valid and reliable criteria and is appropriate to be use Keywords : non-test instruments, the process of implementing group guidance
