Abstract

Many problems fail to resolve by counselors, this is because counsellors do not make themselves efficacies as a key factor for students to avoid problems. This research aims to find out how the self-efficacy of the victims of bullying at SMP Negeri 2 North Indralaya. This study uses a quantitive approach with a descriptive design. There is 105 students become victim of bullying. Sampling using Purposive sample techniques. Method of data collection using bullying questionnaire and self-efficacy scale, with reliability of 0.909 and 0.912. Results of the overall data is the efficacy of self-learners victims of bullying as much as 105 respondents there are 4 students victims of bullying that has a high self-efficacy category of (3.80%), 97 students victims of bullying who have a category of self-efficacy at (92.4%), and 4 learners victims of bullying who have a low self-efficacy category of (3.80%). So based on the research on the self-efficacy profile of the learners victims of bullying in SMP Negeri 2 North Indralaya Average has a self-efficacy category. Keywords: self-efficacy, Bullying
