Abstract

Background: Mental health is an emotionally, psychologically and socially healthy condition that is seen from satisfying interpersonal relationships, effective behavior and coping, positive self-concept and emotional stability. Mental disorders that often occur in the community include schizophrenia and 90% of patients with schizophrenia experience hallucinations. Patients with auditory and visual hallucinations are at risk of developing other mental disorders such as the risk of violent behavior. For this reason, we need an intervention that must be done for patients with auditory and visual hallucinations. One form of intervention is to provide implementation strategies (SP) and psychorelip therapy for patients with auditory hallucinations. Aim: The writing of this scientific paper aims to apply mental nursing care and psychorelip therapy to patients with auditory and visual hallucinations problems at Dr. Mental Hospital Ernaldi Bahar, South Sumatra Province in 2019 Method: Quantitative research uses a case study approach and application journal in the form of psychorelip therapy by providing nursing care to patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations and vision. The samples are Tn.E, Tn.AS and Tn. AF, the data that the authors obtained came from studies, interviews, observations, medical records, and nursing care. Result: After implementing the implementation strategy and psychoreligi therapy the three patients were able to reduce hallucinations, be able to explain the benefits of prayer and dhikr, be able to dhikr, feel comfortable after dhikr, be able to recite the recitation of dhikr and be able to convey their feelings after dhikr. In addition, the patient is able to rebuke, be able to take medication regularly, be able to control hallucinations by means of conversation and make a schedule of daily activities. Conclusion: The patient is able to control hallucinations by way of prayer and dhikr therapy and is able to rebuke, be able to take medication regularly, be able to control hallucinations by means of conversation and make a schedule of daily activities.
