Abstract

PT. Sumber Gunung Maju merupakan perusahaan industri pertambangan batu andesit yang memiliki target produksi 2250 m3/hari, dimana target produksi tersebut tidak pernah tercapai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis sinkronisasi kerja, hambatan-hambatan, efisiensi kerja, ketersediaan alat, serta produktivitas unit crushing plant C. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan melakukan perhitungan nilai reduction ratio (RR), material balance, efisiensi kerja, ketersediaan alat , dan produktivitas unit crushing plant C. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui pada primary crushing memiliki RR aktual sebesar 4,03 dengan persentase kinerja hasil peremukan sebesar 80,48%, pada secondary crushing memiliki RR aktual masing-masing sebesar 4,04, 3,39, dan 3,60, dengan persentase kinerja hasil peremukan sebesar 99,52%. Dari segi hambatan, primary crushing total waktu hambatan mekanis dan non mekanis sebesar 61,88 jam dan 12,55 jam. Secondary crushing total waktu hambatan mekanis dan non mekanis sebesar 32,02 jam dan 72,89 jam. Waktu efisiensi operasi unit primary crushing dan secondary crushing sebesar 73% dan 62,4%. Nilai ketersediaan alat, unit primary crushing (PA=77,82%, MA=76,77%, UA=94,22%), secondary crushing (PA=88,52%, MA=84,46%, UA=70,49%,). Produktivitas belt conveyor aktual pada split ½, screening, dan abu batu sebesar 144,717272 m3/jam, 28,192803 m3/jam, dan 54,213509 m3/jam. Dari hasil tersebut rata-rata efisiensi kinerja unit crushing plant C sebesar 77,21% dan kinerja belum maksimal.
